Everything was good, excellent location right by the beach areas, outstandingly accommodating staff. I had reasonably large room to myself with a pull out sofa bed, an updated kitchen plus bath. I loved the unique decor of my room. I didn't want to say goodbye, so can recommend this hotel.

Booked.net did not pass on our reservation to the hotel. When we arrived there was no record of our reservation. Luckily we had a print out of our confirmation. The hotel was charming with a friendly staff and great location. One negative, the cleaning crew started vacumning around 9:00 am on Sunday, a bit early for a weekend. We were also awakened by slaming doors very early. We went in hallway to see what was going on and saw the maids going in and out of rooms letting the doors slam. Someone should mention this to them.

The hotel met our needs well and provided a great stay for 2 nights. The hotel's team was awesome and fantastic. Its location was very central, just a short walk to Lake Trail. I have stayed here many times and would definitely come back again.

Quiet and tranquil place.
closet had dead palmetto bug in it, no creamer for coffee (1/2 & 1/2), no snacks or breakfast of any sort

We liked the atmosphere of the building that is classic and nice. The room was clean and tiny. The beach is just in a distance of five-minutes walk. We enjoyed our time at a quiet location.
The location of the hotel is a little far from down town, so you need a car to eat out or shopping. There is very little restaurants and shops around the hotel.
